Tickets purchased through the Tioga Central Railroad website can be bought using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page) after submitting payment information or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to call the Tioga Central Railroad at (570) 724-0990 to ensure that your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that occur during the purchase process. You must print the Order Confirmation page after you are finished with your purchase because you will be required to present this at the ticket office to receive your train tickets.
All tickets purchased through the Tioga Central Railroad website are non-refundable.
When purchasing tickets on the Tioga Central Railroad website, you are limited to a specified number of tickets per each transaction (34 tickets), also known as a “ticket limit.” If you have a group of 35 or more, please contact the railroad at (570) 724-0990 to purchase tickets at a group discount rate.
Billing Information Verification

Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Tioga Central Railroad customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase.
